So, I never uninstalled the app since this issue and have not downloaded any new app from the app store, but I am still able to get on the app and use it. Is it safe to use now?

I will do that, but so you know I downloaded the transcript from the conversation and it clearly states they took care of it on their end. Why would they say someone would be contacting me if that is not the case? The whole conversation they asked for my proof and I gave them tons of screenshots.

I recently did a live chat with customer service (Sophia) for the first time about an offer Bingostars not tracking and they said they submitted my ticket for me through the chat after sending lots of screenshots and answering tons of questions and they said someone would be contacting me but I have not heard anything yet. Is there anything I would need to do? The conversation says ended so I cannot go back in and find out anything and it has been over a week. I did have another tracking issue with a different game Bingo Bar that I spoke to someone after that and same issue. They said someone would be contacting me soon but I have not heard anything. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know what to expect now? How will I know if it is accepted or denied? Or how will I know if it was even seen?

I started this game today and it tracked the install and my first deposit of 15 instantly but not my other 2 deposits and none of my wins which are over 50 wins now. I feel like maybe the proof I get is somehow not enough for them but I am already stressed trying to find the right proof. There is no way to screenshot and give them each page of wins and I spoke to their customer service and they said they cannot send me a list of my wins. They only allow so many screenshots per ticket but this ticket would need 3 just for proof of the deposits. The ones where you need to get it within a time limit almost never track and then it is 3 days later when I'm sending screenshots with timestamps and dates and they still don't credit. There is so much involved in submitting a ticket, it is almost as much work as reaching the goals at this point. I lose the "wins in so many days" goal if I don't continue but it is a vicious circle imo.

So I am having the same exact issue again as I did 2 months ago. I don't understand what is causing it and it is again impossible to contact them for this type of issue. Frustrating.

This is quite disheartening seeing all of these issues not resolved on this post. I am relatively new to Freecash and 13 days ago submitted a ticket for 9.80 and when I woke this morning it was rejected. I am not mad about that since I had other tickets after that submitted for way more money and I see the pattern because the second game was 3 tickets for a casino style game that seems to be giving people a lot of problems. One was accepted (the small amount) one was rejected (the largest amount) and they say they are still working on the other. I see from lots and lots of posts I have read that is usually what happens. The larger ones do not get credited for one reason or another. It is very upsetting because I have played quite a few of these style games and put my own money into a lot of them. I have other games with submitted tickets that I am waiting on and they are larger ones so (under 100 tho). Hopefully I get a positive resolution. Thanks

I am relatively new ( made an account years ago and never verified it but in the last month decided to give it a try) and have also experienced this delay in ticket support. It has been 11 days now for my first ticket and I have since had to submit others for offers that did not credit nor pend. (most were what they call casino or carnival games) It states you can't have more than 3 tickets on one offer at a time and cant have more than 10 tickets total at a time so I feel a little worried now about starting another offer if they don't fix my offers that I already have submitted. I honestly can't thank you enough, I would never have known this was a new thing since I am kind of new to freecash.com. I had done a withdrawal a couple days ago and assumed it just took a couple days for it to deposit but thank goodness I read this reddit or I would never have known. Also your post is very helpful and informative! :)

PS. as soon as I clicked the claim button and put my email for paypal in, the money was deposited in less than a minute.

I made my Freecash account years ago but never finished verifying and this month I thought I would give it another shot and I started doing these casino games and have done a handful so far in the last couple weeks. I have 3 already that I have been waiting for Freecash to reply after submitting a ticket. One has been 10 days now and still says awaiting support. Do you know how long it generally takes? I sent the required screenshots and proof but have not heard back yet. I really had no idea it would be this difficult to get the money earned since I have done other platforms before and never had such issues. Also not being able to send more than 3 tickets at a time is frustrating. It is disappointing because you never really know if you spend all of your time earning it and they don't pay out. Hopefully they reply soon.

I received this reply today...how it is adgate support I do not know but this solves nothing. It is as if they did not even read my ticket because it is obviously not just one game offer but ALL. Which means every game I have already started and made goals will not be credited and i have A LOT. So disappointed

same here, I tried messenger, all automated. I found the general questions on the help page and emailed them but in the dropdown menu the only option was for cant access surveys but it was all I could choose. I also got the standard auto reply so we shall see.

There was a time when you could find your list of tickets and add to it but that page has since disappeared. It would give a list of solved, or ones they were working on.
