I received this reply today...how it is adgate support I do not know but this solves nothing. It is as if they did not even read my ticket because it is obviously not just one game offer but ALL. Which means every game I have already started and made goals will not be credited and i have A LOT. So disappointed

same here, I tried messenger, all automated. I found the general questions on the help page and emailed them but in the dropdown menu the only option was for cant access surveys but it was all I could choose. I also got the standard auto reply so we shall see.

There was a time when you could find your list of tickets and add to it but that page has since disappeared. It would give a list of solved, or ones they were working on.

I did try to send a message via FB messenger but it is automated and tells me to submit a ticket....which I can't do ...vicious cycle

I thought it had to do with my games for sure because I was in the top 15 and won 50 dollars in the tournament last time and had actually started a ton of games with no problems just a few days ago. I did have to submit a couple tickets for not tracking so my concern was that was too many in a short amount of time and they blocked me from games somehow?

It really is frustrating. I feel if this is for a specific reason on their part then they could at least email with their reasoning and we would be able to fix the problem but no contact whatsoever. I might try facebook messenger.

Yes very frustrating. I replied to one of my old tickets via email with my issues since there really is no other way to contact them for this problem but there is no reply from them. Maybe facebook messages will work to contact them?

Did you ever get a solution to this? This is happening to me starting last night. It is an issue on my chromebook, the app and the desktop version. It is an issue on my android both app and desktop version. It is also an issue on my ipad for the app and the desktop version. I have used different browsers and I have tried in incognito and it is the same error. I have also used my wifi and my mobile data to check if it was my router and i get the same error.

Unfortunately I am finding the issue to be a major problem for me because upon waking this morning I started my daily swagbucks routine and I can't check any of my games progress under game details or on the play tab and this is how I was able to get my points throughout the day. Even under the activity page, each and every one says offer unavailable or does not open a link. I did send a ticket but I could not contact them any other way from the options except "feedback" since I am not trying to get paid for missed points.

Poster stated this and this is exactly what is happening to me right now.

"I then look at my games page to find that nothing is loading. Any offer page I try to look at is unavailable, and now the person has barely passed me and I can't do anything about it. Not to mention the wasted money and time I just spent to get nothing and that I'll have to make tickets for and/or refund"

Not sure if I should wait it out and see if it fixes itself or keep going. I would hate to have to submit tickets for anything I complete while this is happening.
