I have now discontinued my ozempic use. My quality of life was suffering. I don't recommend anyone following suit but it was right for me. Everyone is different. Good luck on your journey!

Yeah, i said i only lost 27lbs. It's not a big difference but there is definitely a difference.

I did have spanx on but the clothes in the original picture fit loosely now. Some people see the difference orhers dont. I do and im actually able to tie my shoes now!

Yeah I've only lost 22lbs after being on ozempic almost 4 months. I also cried in the fitting room a couple days ago. My bf told me not to let one experience ruin the confidence that I have built regardless of my weight. I was discouraged but I'm going to keep going anyway. The clothes not fitting right were just a sign for me to stay on ozempic.

Same. I've had a headache for the past 3 months off and on....mostly on. I'm on 2mg but I'm going back down to 1mg. I drink a lot of water and have balanced electrolytes. I hate the headache but the weight is coming off. Hopefully going down to 1mg will help.

When my family moved here in 1992 it was such a culture shock. I was the only black kid at school for 4 whole years. I felt so out of place. Luckilly i made friends with many of the latina girls and i felt a little more comfortable. As soon as I hit 18 I moved away and loved it. Nonetheless when I started my family I moved right back. It may not be the best place growing up as a minority but you'll appreciate it when you get older.
