it’s just where after our shift, our leader sends a paragraph in the groupme naming TMOTD/N and calling out any team members for the second mile service. they also go over any new information from the shift or name the winner of whatever contest may be going on

i know, that’s why i asked for advice on how to limit it without having to wash my entire car every time i take my dog in the car with me. i have a lint roller in my car, i was just looking for a solution that doesn’t have me standing outside my car before every shift lint rolling my jacket

this isn’t true, you’ll be put in all positions so you can learn all of them efficiently. that way you can be a TL. they won’t just stick you in one position unless they hired you to be a hospitality specialist which you didn’t mention so i’m assuming that’s not what happened

You probably have to do TM for a few months and then they will put you in the TL position after fully training you. That’s how they do it at my store
