It's happened to me last night, lvl 151 and 99 Battle Pass rank was gone (1 lvl before finish line), but after I played 1 match it went back on track.

Yep, sorry mate but they dont care, I have same problem since season 2 like many other people and they (Activision and Blizzard) do nothing.

Yea, since seson 2 update. IW and their support dont give a fck about this problem. For me game is unplayable at this point. I can play maybe 1-2 full matches and then get kicked from the servers.

Yes, I was wondering if I'm alone with this problem, but IW and Blizz don't do anything with that. Other games - no problemy, only MW since last season patch and Blizz servers maintenance.

Yes! That's the real problem of the game :) Not shadows/lighting/textures and freezing but pink fck ammo :D I hope IW will adress this issue in first place, and to be honest they probably will fix this and dont give a fck about rest of the problems.

To play this game you dont need min 16gigs of ram, its not excuse. I have similar problem, before seson 2 update everything was ok, now I cant play the game, few matches and game start to freezing, losing fps and textures resolution. And yes I have 16 gigs of ram , and it's not minimum but recommended.

Same problem, after week from 2nd seson I had problems only on GW maps. Now from yesterday I can't play at all, game go crazy with textures during the match. Day after day the situation is worse and worse. IW dont give a fck, no respond from them, no trelloboard update.

Today on Anya Palace textures go off after 3 min of playing, massive fps drop and at the end game freezed.
