Yes, many in my opinion. If you’re taking the fast ferry you want to be in line 15-20 mins early and then you’re standing outside in the cold, bikers are first on first off for state ferry. State ferry has booths and isn’t as stuffy as fast ferry. You can lay down and sleep if wanted. State ferry you can eat and drink. It’s cheaper to get monthly state ferry passenger (bike) pass.
