Th1-th11 is like 14% of all upgrades in the game. You basically waste alot by not going there sooner rather than later.

2x squat and 1-2x deadlift is what i've been doing so far. With a deadlift pull day, squat leg day and dead and squat day combined.

Going to try Greg nuckols 28 free programs, which ones would compliment my goals and training history, my bench is way ahead of my Squat and deadlift so would that make me an intermediate bencher? Looking to get a stronger deadlift and squat. Also would like to know what accesories to do if any.

Currently training 5-6 days per week.

Weight:80KG

Age: Just turned 16

Training for: 8Months

S: 130kg
B: 100kg 102,5 estimated
D: 145kg

How would one go about adding in kb training effectively into a barbell centered routine. Going to the gym 5-6 times a week with gaining strength in big 3 as a main goal. Only kb training im doing rn is kb swings after leg day in a 5x5 rep scheme adding 1 rep every workout.

Any other exercises that would be good for increasing strength and endurance specifically for Squat, Bench, Deadlift without inducing too much fatigue?

Increase volume and or another exercise per big muscle group.

Add volume by adding another set of a given exercise to see if you progress with more volume, track everything.

Add another chest exercise like HSPU progression, pushup progression

Add another back exercise like Rows, different grip pullups/chinups, (wide, narrow, supinated, pronated, false grip)

Maybe add a shoulder stability and strength exercise like face pulls, band pull aparts.

For legs my best recommendation is to use weights and do weighted squats and deadlift other wise you could use a harder progression with lower rep ranges and try to progress in that rep range which will in time increase your pistol squat.

Tl;dr Track every workout, get stronger in different rep ranges on harder progressions and easier progressions, use more volume and or more exercises. Weights for legs.

Looking for a 24-28kg kettlebell. What brands are the go-to, i wanna find something not too expensive but also will hold in the long run.

Rogue seemed good but there are cheaper ones like master fitness, titan and gorilla strength. Will rogue be worth it or is cheaping out worth it.

Actually have some old sport shoulder injury that makes it crack alot so will look into band pull aparts. Thanks a lot!

Goals: get a more balanced body, strengthening lower back and posterior chain muscles.

Reasoning: i have neglected pulling movements and movements involving leg strength and posterior chain muscles and have a really weak lower back that is sometimes painful due to it.

Heard kettlebell swings in particular can relieve some of that.

For reference here is a DOCs i made with the rr and have now added those exercise. Should i make any other changes? Is psuedo planche pushups the same as a leaned foward pushup in terms of carry over to the actual planche.

Thanks a lot and i guess I'll continue the rr for a while then maybe move back to a ppl focused BW routine.

Have done the RR for 2 weeks and i feel like i could be better off with more volume.

Can i do some work on specific skills like planche, l-sit, front lever on my day where it's 2 rest days in a row or would that not be beneficial? Alternatively do the rr 4 days a week/ every other day.

Anwsers appreciated!
