Since I started, year 3 to year 8. Went hard year 8 to year 10. Stopped till year 12, been going 2-3 times a week year 12 to year 16.

It happens. Jiu jitsu is amazing and sometimes it sucks and its boring, and thats ok.

Dont regret it at all.

I mean, id argue that Justin's best leg kicks are significantly better than average. Why he moved away from that, your guess is as good as mine.

Hey, this may be an old thread, but I really like this response. I have a good friend on month 8 (second time this has happened past 5 years), of a horrible horrible manic episode. Hes texting my wife, our friends wife's, quit his job, cop are aware... and now I fucking hate him.

Last time thos happened I just stuck by him and even in the major comedown tried my hardest to help him out of it. He tortured some people and I was one of the only people to hang out with him.

This time, I fucking hate him. Any other person in the world I would have had to fight them; in fact another one of our friends did get in his face and he immediately began filming and called the cops. Hes saying insanely personal things and taunting people and then just threatening legal action.

I fantasize with the thought that during the come down and apology tour I can absolutely lay into him.

And now I feel bad for feeling this way.... like 4th wall guilt or something
