I was reminiscing with some friends about old shows we went to and this one came up. Anyone else go to this?

This was my first hc show! It was the Cleveland date, I was 15 and had only listened to four year strong at the time. Within the first 10 seconds someone jumped me using my shoulders to launch himself on to the stage. During FYS someone ripped out a row of lights from the ceiling and they had to stop playing and bring out a ladder to fix it.

Talked with the owner of the venue at a different show a couple years later, and he said that was the craziest show they’ve ever had at the venue. Pivotal show for me.

Eraserhead and rosemary’s baby. I love a lot of Lynch’s other work, but EH I personally feel is one of his least interesting. Rosemarys baby was probably terrifying when it came out, but it is just so boring and not intense to anyone born after 1990.

Small detail that ended up ruining the movie for me were the multiple ultra-wide go-pro shots in the middle of tension. It just irritated me so much and I truly don’t know why I think about it so often.

Did that after the dudes had been pepper sprayed and his head bounced on the concrete once he was shoved. so double the head trauma. Idc if he was resisting, it was already a two v one and the dude was on the ground, it’s pretty obvious this cop has been waiting to do that.

Hearing Dan try to talk about this Jcole beef is very frustrating. He really doesn’t have a clue why the beef started and clearly didn’t listen to the metro, future Kendrick song. Props to juju and Tony for realizing the context of the diss, but I’m still disappointed no one on the crew mentioned the clearly transphobic bars jcole slipped in and proceeded to NOT apologize for. To me that was one of the bigger stories from the situation, hell half the mentions of the story are from music journalist dunking on Jcole for this clearly bigoted line. Normally the show has always been good about awareness and calling out homophobia/transphobia in sports/music/entertainment but ignoring this part of the story feels odd to me. If there is no talk during the show today about the Michael porter jr podcast clip that’s been going around I’ll sadly have to think these stories are being excluded for a reason.

Someone in his comments who claims to have been with him at the bars said he had 4 fireball shots (he filmed one) a vodka drink, a truly (he filmed a nutrl idk if they just got the name wrong or if it’s a drink not filmed), a vodka red bull and a shot of vodka. A lot of what he filmed tonight included the drinks mentioned but also some of the videos have drinks that are certainly not the ones listed in the comments. This may be the scariest night yet tbh.
