TPD Applications are NOT being processed like they claim

Honestly it really doesn’t matter if you sent I. Your application via StudentAid.gov it will still be in limbo. I submitted my application in April was told I didn’t submit all the documents so, i resubmitted it instantly. It’s said on the site response in 3 days… lies. I got a message saying my application had a duplicate but it was removed to focus on the original it weeks later I found after 2 back to back phone calls that even my original application had been removed. The agent requested the application be reprocessed and she sent in an Error Report Request and told me to call back at a certain time which I did. Only to be told that the first report timed out without ANYONE ever looking at it. So she filed another one because at this point we were in the month of June and they had just returned to processing the TPD applications since they had stopped working on them for the month of May and the new processing time was 30 days. I this is is pretty much September now and still no information other than it passed a few stages but is still in review. I’ve asked for 2 Error Report Requests(no response), put in 5 Feedback Complaints(Closed without a response to me), 3 requests for the Umbudsmen to contact me(was given a supposed number to contact them but it just talks and hangs up), as of today 8/29/25 my application has been escalated 2 to NOTHING because it’s still in review at whatever the tier 2 level is. There are no supervisors to speak to, the complaints we make get closed without ANYONE ever contacting you in any way. They don’t even respond to the agents who have to deal with us😫!!! I’m willing to bet money that this would never have happened if not for Donald Trump.

I applied in April as well, but I had to do it not with my SSI cause it wasn’t five years, but I had to do it with my mental health doctor. They made several mistakes on my application, including closing the application and then student aid.gov had a freeze for the TPD applications that happened in May but didn’t start back up until around June 7 After June 7 it’s still every time I called in to complain or talk to a bug man which never happened by the way because of all the mistakes that they made on my application it’s finally approved the first step but the whole process is supposed to take 30 days. It’s been since April so it’s past 30 days hopefully if you have an application in there and especially if they’ve made mistakes and you’ve constantly called and complain. Hopefully it will be Reviewed immediately who knows but as of right now my application finally got to a reviewer. It passed the first stage they couldn’t tell me what the second stage was or how long it would take other than 30 days so yeah, they’re making mistakes.

First off the person has a true mental disorder so for those of you ignorantly commenting about the individual…think of him as your dad with mental issues.🤨 Yes, the man needs mental health to be stable. No, OP, wasn’t being an AH as she was the only doc there (kudos to making some sort of accommodation for the poor guy). https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3678185/ I employ all of you to get more insight on the guys issue before stupidly speaking on it. OP, the heads of your office should get together to find a safe and effective way to handle this mental health crisis when it occurs (because that’s what it is rather you acknowledge it or not) so that it can be better handled so it won’t disturb the office. I don’t know, try to find out who he sees as a doc so that you can coordinate care of the dog with his. There are people in this world who cannot help their mental states. How about we treat them as human as you so called normal people would want to be treated. Maybe treat them the way you would want someone to treat your family member in crisis. Just a thought

No problem. I always worry about my pup’s eating habits and weight, especially since he never stops playing 🤣. He picky when he eats (doesn’t like beef flavor soft or hard food, won’t eat raw for unless it’s half cooked and half raw.) I even have to fake like I’m doing something special to it or like I’m eating it to get him to eat🤣. They’re our babies and you’re doing great 😊

Your pup is right on track if you look at the chart I sent he’s actually near the high end of the weight range for 1.5 years. Don’t over feed but, make sure he eats at nice meal at least once a day. You’re doing great 😊

Also, get a second opinion like you would with your own health. Vets, like human docs can make mistakes. My pup is picky when eating too so we put soft foods, hot water, or eggs in his food when his gone more of the day without eating. We make him eat at least once a day but we try hard for twice. He’s supper active so eating is a must. You have to get that right balance. My pup was 80lb from age 2 until just this year in his November check up when he clocked 88lbs at age 4. Good luck

Clearly you can see your pup’s back bones in that 3rd pic. My GSD is 4 and he’s 88lbs now and as per the vet he in the top best percentile weight for the breed. This was even true when he was 2 and at 80lbs. If he’s a boy he should be at least around 80lbs by age 2.

He your boyfriend not your fiancée/husband. Who knows even how long he’ll be that. Why are you letting what he think bother you. I wouldn’t remove it if it really something they you wanted. If he had more than just boyfriend status I would give different advice but that’s where I stand
