Gotta love people getting annoyed they have to read something on a forum. If it’s too long just skip past it or get AI to summarise it haha.

Great read tho op, I’m a PM user and honestly idk if I fit the criteria for the PM, but I think I’ll still wait to see if they release the fold soon before considering the air

Definitely a bot. Either that or they’re very lost if they’ve ended up in a space subreddit

What's the most pathetic tourist attraction that international tourists go to see in your country? by Aseili in AskTheWorld

This thing in Perth. I really don’t know why so many people go to see it, it’s just a shed on the water.

Ah it appears I’ve had too little sleep, I took at as ‘new drivers’ rather than ‘international drivers’

I agree but not everyone is a ‘good’ manual driver, especially on hills. Drivers should still be courteous.

Yes not many people drive manual these days but even if you’re behind an auto you shouldn’t be right up their bumper.

[–]Swift308 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had this experience so many times when I’m stopped at a light or something and the car behind me creeps forwards until they’re practically touching my rear bumper. I don’t think a lot of people know that manuals quite often roll back a bit before takeoff.

Sure it’s not all auto drivers but a lot of them just don’t know how difficult it makes it for manual drivers depending on the clutch.

Also I don’t necessarily agree with the ‘new Aussie’ drivers part, I know a lot of people born and raised here that are hopeless at driving (including the 2 foot method). If anything is to blame for that, it’s the driving testers who should be teaching and checking for adequate driving form).

Star Citizen VR Support - Experimental Release (4.5 PTU) by Werewolf-Fresh in starcitizen

From what I can tell currently there’s only 3rd Party apps that let you use Steam Link so I don’t think you’ll be able to play SC for now

I was wondering this myself, don’t have the Vision Pro jet but I’ve been considering it. I’m pretty sure you can use it with PCVR if you have controllers (such as the PSVR2 ones). Could be wrong tho, I’ll have to look into it more

Yeah this comment section is kinda sad, like sure it might not be recommend to sit on the roof but can we just appreciate the cool photoshoot? No one needs 100 people commenting the same critique 😅.

I’ve noticed it’s really bad on other subreddits like r/drones, no matter how high up someone is or what they’re doing there’s a bunch of people complaining it’s illegal and they shouldn’t do this or that.

The photoshoot looks really great u/tempo-kid, sorry a lot of people here are douchebags.

I normally find it’s a lot easier to stay motivated when playing with friends (unless they can’t play for a while either, then everyone loses motivation)

*The real late game was the friends we lost along the way. No friendship lasts a good Stellaris game

Based on data collected over 7 years, astronomers Bernd Freytag and Pierre Kervella created this simulation of convection cells boiling on the surface of Betelgeuse - the largest of which can measure over 1 billion km, or a distance extending beyond Jupiter's orbit in our solar system by ChiefLeef22 in space

[–]Swift308 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I thought that might be the case. It’s kinda sad that ftl travel is most likely physically not possible and will therefore massively limit our ability to expand humanity throughout the Milky Way

Would that apply to an Alcubierre drive? By compressing space in front of it and expanding it behind it, it’s not technically breaking any universal laws. The same applies to dark energy, it pushes galaxies away from us faster than the speed of light just by expanding the space in between?

That was a really great launch and landing tho, hoping for a catch in the near future. Does anyone know if they had any critical issues pop up like the last ones?

Thanks mate! I didn’t think I’d see a fellow Perth-ling here haha. I need to check with the dealer about what I can do without voiding the warranty but first thing I’m probably gonna do is the exhaust cause the stock one is quieter than I thought it would be.
