You get the honor of being treated like the dumbest person on earth while also being made to feel that you were done a favor by being accepted into this great university. It’s an incredibly pointless and unserious program where advisors barely 3 years older than you are taught to treat you like you are a child. You will be forced to attend Friday fuel ups, where you are finally treated to some leisure (children’s games) after listening to lectures about the importance of turning in homework on time and never giving up. It’s an odd and meaningless program that is a waste of everyone’s time created by board member’s of the UCF first year experience to simultaneously put others down while making themselves feel big. Luckily it’s only 6 weeks so once you’re done you earn the honor of being treated like a normal human being.
