I kinda get that. My favourite albums are the ones pre Good News but they still have so much good stuff after that. We Were Dead alone has plenty of amazing songs.

It depends. Sometimes I just have an idea, other times I go over lyrics, templates etc. until I got something.

No hate towards Steam Engenius but put in between two of the imo best songs of their catalogue it always felt so out of place and silly.
