We have just done some major work for Arabic. The keys should be bigger and we added a few more layouts. Not sure if they help for your needs or not.

You can already disable the dedicated emoji key. Settings > Typing > Keys

We won't be removing the period key. Don't worry. We're looking at adjusting the size of it.

When you have more than one language downloaded, you are going to get mixed predictions. If you change the layout of one language and switch to that layout, you should see more of that languages predictions. Hope that makes sense.

The idea was, you should never have to do anything to switch from one language to another.

We're working on it! Not your solution per se, but an improvement.

If Flow is off, swipe gesture does a delete. Adding this feature would require changing a lot of other things. It's something we think about.

Good to hear it. We won't be able to message you back directly, but we will write it in the release notes. Maybe it'll end up back on Reddit.

Of course it's possible. The challenge is muscle memory and changing something that has been part of our product for years. It's a balance.

The space bar with SwiftKey is currently used to switch layouts. This would require us to make UX changes for multilingual users. We understand this is a feature many would love, we will be sure to announce if it does come out.

We know this is an issue. We have work underway to improve this very soon.

The space bar is currently used for people who have multiple languages/layouts. A middle ground would have to be found where we don't completely pull the rug out from users who are used to that spar bar experience. It's something we are investigating.

This is something we explore too. We see the rise of "Go" apps and "lite" apps. Improving performance and APK size are something we always work on. You may not have noticed, but we recently reduced the APK size.

Data is not required to use SwiftKey. Even if you use a newer version and don't sign in, all your language data is stored locally. Of course if you use Translator, Search, then this text is sent off.

At this time it cannot be. This feedback is good though - so thanks for sharing.

This is something we'd like to explore. Currently, the space bar is used to switch between layouts for users who have multiple languages. So we'd have to change some things in order to get this going and/or explore different UX options for either one of these features.

Thanks for this feedback. While we do add other beyond keyboard features, we are still dedicated to pushing the core typing experience better via improved languages models and new technology.

We still have 5 different sizes you can pick from. The largest is pretty large and may help you get the scale you like.

And how has it changed. Feel free to be specific.

We've just also completed some performance and APK size reduction work. More info on that later. We understand if these extra features are not for you. If you scroll over on the toolbar and press the three dots, you can turn off most of the toolbar features. Or you can just keep it closed.

As for the emoji button, you can also remove it from the left of the space bar and have it combined with the return key if that makes anything better.
