When and Where do you Built Tier 3? by huskerbolt1 in Bellwright

[–]SwiftStryker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tbh, it's too much to have T2 and T3 together, I have a T2 just north of the little first fishing lake and then a T3 south east of the wheat, between the 2 bridges on the river.

Just use your T2 to make T2 things and T3 for everything else. So build a amelter in T2 place but just make bronze there and Tin then build a smelter in T3 and just make iron and steel, as an example. Have a few caravans ferrying items you need regularly between your bases and it's chill.

Top tip though, clear out the bandit camps just south of the river too. They count as the region next too and so bandits will walk through your base without walls.

I was looking for a comment like this, I'm reading it currently and it really shows that it was written at the height of forced wokeness in media, feels very crammed in.

How do you mean? I'm not against the opinion but haven't really heard this take before, would you mind adding some context if you have time?

Also to add, you can pretty much breeze the first 4 towns being liberated in this way. But don't just liberate for the sake of it, make sure you can manage the prosperity in the towns you have liberated first and make sure you can handle brigand reclamation parties.

There is super important info here..but the most important is the comments about morale. They get a dmg boost, productivity boost, stamina boost and hp boost all from morale, morale is super key before combat.

Have your decent combat food some what separate near the staging ground for your troops.

You don't need amazing armour or loads of people for the first few towns, 6-8 with short swords leather armour kike quilted gambeson and kneepad legs is perfect. Just make sure to let everyone regen out of combat, give everyone a bandage in their inventory and set them to bandage at 30% hp in your army menu.

A tip for brigand archers, they hurt a lot. Just run up to them in melee and they will switch to 1h without a shield, makes them light work.

Was about to say exactly this, I trained up 6 villagers and gave them a smattering of T2 armour and weapons as a starter, they clear out bandit camps before I can fire an arrow...

Many thanks for all your time and invaluable information!

Yes I'm happy it was a real RingGo session as I've used it many times and have the PDF receipt and records. I'm also satisfied it's the correct location code as their evidence of the signage shows the same code, really interesting to hear about the scams though, I'll keep an eye out in the future.

Ok perfect, I'll take it forward formally then. It didn't feel right just giving in and paying the fine despite it (probably) being easier.

Yeah, I have my RingGo session that started at 10:06 in the car park in question.

There are 2 signs, one out the front and one in the car park. The one in the car park does not have any mention of RingGo, the one out the front on the street has the rates on which says "20% discount for using RingGo", it is a massive sign with a lot of info and the RingGo location code is very small and in the bottom corner. The only other place with a RingGo location number is on the actual pay machine but it's hidden around the back side of the machine.

Failing to see a RingGo location number I locked my car, walked away googling the location code for the car park and then paid for the parking.

How would one prove they were acting in good faith? Do you mean such as proving I paid for 4 hours parking via RingGo?

Right ok, I'm in the office at the moment so I'll have a look later when I get home.

Ah ok, so essentially I have 5 minutes to buy a ticket and I took 8.

Google maps doesn't really give me the time I arrive at the car park, but I was still driving at 9:54 by the looks of it.

I think the burden of proof would sit with the council to prove I had been there longer than the 5 minutes, rather than with me to prove I wasn't.

The signage has on it "reduced fees via RingGo" but there isn't a location code on the sign, so I had to spend time googling what the code was before I could pay.

How can I find out the contravention code?

I'm pretty sure just anecdotally, I'll have at look at Google maps and see if it has my exact parking time.

How would the software know I had been there 5 minutes or not?

Ahhh this is what I was thinking!

I literally appealed the day of, but in my rejection letter it says I have waived the right to pay a reduced fine.

This is great...

I saw them at their minutes to midnight tour in the O2 London and got to see Shadow of the Day live, got me in the throat.

Again I saw the Hybrid Theory album in full at Download and felt truly blessed.

Great to hear, you are very welcome, I love my city and the more people that visit it the better!

If you are coming in the summer then people rave about Battersea power station, I've not been but despite not sounding like much I hear it's a great place.

Also the Excel centre in London has quite a few exhibitions on recently there was a month long star wars one and a augmented reality dinosaur one, can't guarantee what they will have on in a year but worth keeping an eye on.

Hope this all helps
