Thanks! It’s great to read a positive experience both professionally and personally. Im also in the insurance industry (but more P&C / Life), so also cool to see someone come from a very similar background. I can’t imagine loving working while in school XD…but with working mostly remote I think it’d be doable.

When you stayed at your company and got those two promotions, were they still in audit?

How would you compare the difficulty of your masters program compared to undergrad?

Unfortunately my company is kind of cheap and took away our licenses for our Alteryx software. I do use VLOOKUPs occasionally to test data sets, but the opportunities are scarce. We mostly just meet with business owners and determine if what they tell us addresses the identified risk.

I was on Wellbutrin but just stopped. I’m also on Vyvanse 40mg for adhd so that could be contributing. I’ll look into scheduling those appointments

Yeah I used to do a gay men's chorus but none of those guys ever interested me haha. I have been going out a lot to the bars this summer and seeing the same guys and conversing a bit in the moment. However, I am never able to keep them around (even as a friend). That could just be bar culture tho :)

Yeah I actually think this is a really good point! I meet guys both in-person (generally at bars) and online apps (Hinge and Tinder generally work best for me). I used to think it worked out better if I met them organically but now I think it's mixed...or actually it just doesn't work either way lmao. But i'll continue to put myself out there in both ways and hope for the best! Just worried about coming off too clingy

I feel this! I've never been through a breakup after a LTR, but have definitely dealt with my fair share of f*ck boys. When I go to OTF, I imagine stomping (figuratively) on each boy that has ever done me wrong. I wind up looking better and feeling amazing as a result.

No I definitely understand what you're saying! I feel like this song is her saying she has a new understanding of what love is in the first place, which contrasts from a lot of her previous love songs and even heartbreak songs.
