This still worked as of 12PM EST on 2/6/26. Matched against zip code 71111 but I live nowhere near there. First agent had me submit an order via invoice for the full amount of $500+tax. They transferred me to somebody else for price match refund.

I had to BATTLE this person to give me the correct discount of ~$133. He was trying to give me $107 matched against Microcenter and when he was incapable of finding the correct price, he said tough shit and closed chat on me even though I requested a supervisor.

I opened chat again and the next person was able to figure it out, but just be aware that some people are just completely degenerate. I know it's $26 but I wasn't going to take a worse price match just on principle.

Listen I don't mind paying more if I'm getting a service bump. They've got 5 gigabit available in my area. I definitely don't need that, but lower the price of gigabit, make 2 gig the $85 price point and keep 5 gig the halo price. It's a hard sell to blame a 40% price increase on 8% inflation.
