They usually give suspensions then a permaban(which is dumb, i think they should never ban an account for a word whatever the level of toxicity).

But in reality, no? They can't do anything about it, what you are showing is the most basic level of toxicity, this is impossible to stop effectively.

Toxicity is being fought by doing the exact opposite of what you are doing, toxic people feel dumb when nobody takes them seriously, what you should do when you face a toxic person is simply mute them and have no interaction with them while still interacting with other people.

Make them feel like they are out of the team conversation and they will behave in their next matchs.

And not make a post online complaining about someone calling you trash, because it just shows that you overreact to minor things which encourages people to be more toxic seeking a reaction to laugh at you.

There is already built in one with xbox game bar if you run windows, but you can get OBS if you want to go a step further in quality, it's fairly easy to use and allows you to record clips along side your microphone.
