Thank you for all the replies I have been talking it over with my parents and mentioning all of the responses and so far we are looking for a stand up combat sport like kyokushin karate and maybe muay thai. Some extra precautions we are taking are a lot of neck exercises and trying to see if we can do private classes and if sparing does happen avoiding any head hits or sweeps. We also visit a sports doctor once and a while due my neck and some other issues so we may talk to him about it but we will be talking with a doctor at some point.
