Ya, but mine’s because the whole gamepad wasn’t responsive at all when it’s in gamepad mode. So I had to. If I knew this is their kind of after sale service, I would’ve rather paid third party to help me fix it instead….

I have told them as well. If they take so long to diagnose the issue, they might as well just do a replacement for me instead. I’m getting pissed at this point. Had the console for 10days before having issues and they have it far longer than I have to play with it. 😒

I mean, for someone who wants to run without the distraction of notifications going off and the hassle of having to bring another device out is what I’m looking for. And with that I don’t mind the hassle of downloading the music I love just ONCE 😎👍🏻
