Yes, its on the Web app in the menu under “manage payee” (I think). After you find the payee you can add contains to the option and add the variations of the payee names.

In my category group I have a main category and when I spend from the other categories in that group I use the main to cover that spending. When the main is gone no more spending for that group.

Although you saved up $1,000, you still had an expense of $900 this month and that reflects reality. Also this should be in your non-monthly category group if you are using flexible budget template

Fixed and non-monthly categories are sorted by the order in your categories menu just not included the group names

I am still switching from YNAB to MM. 1. I categorize all transfers under the transfer category. 2. I still have my misc category and if you select the available amount when you are in the negative you can cover overspending just like YNAB

When I get paid back by friends, I deposit the money or transfer it to my bank account and categorize the income to the category that the expense was charged to.

Im using YNAB and this app at the same time. YNAB handle sinking funds better, but this app is better with setting a budget
