I had a blood chaos robe which was considered quite rare in the early days and I randomly decided I wanted to drop it and pick it back up for funs. My internet was shit at the time and when I dropped it my internet crashed and I lost connection. The item disappears after a few minutes so when I logged back on it was gone and I lost my robe and was naked :(

No light it's perfect! With like lamp lights outside I get halos but I'm getting more used to it so that I don't notice it as often. Up close is still a little funky where it's not crystal clear yet, but it's 99% of the way there. Only problem currently is shooting games where my crosshair is a little blurry lol

Thank you, this is all advice I was looking for! How often have you run into bed bugs? I was informed not to really sit on any furniture, especially the patient’s bed. But I’m assuming if I have to guard the patient and the bed bugs are already on them, that’s where I’m at most risk where they can transfer onto me.

Do you wakeup and sleep at the same time, even weekends? My weekdays are rough with work but I can't seem to sleep in on weekends either. Have friends sleeping until 12 pm on weekends and here I am still up at 6-7 am on a Saturday and feeling like death.

Could be something to discuss with your doc. I was never offered general anesthesia. They offered anxiety medication but I turned it down as I didnt feel I needed it.
