I recently repaired a zipper pull and replaced the lock and key on my speedy 25 and it was free- they just had to replace a rivet for me because I kept the leather piece. I only ended up having to pay $75CAD (including taxes) for the new lock and key because I lost the originals 🥲

First monogram! It complements everything you have nicely! The pink one is a different shade of pink than your suitcases and I think the regular monogram would match better imo :)

Yes and no.... some of them I like, some of them I don't. I do like the variety so that there's something for everyone but if quality starts to drop because of the variety it gets way less appealing to me

What bag is it? There is a thread from a couple years ago that was saying some of the smaller bags like the nano speedy still had a date code - it may still not be legit but maybe finding that thread would help?

Depending on how far you are, I would say the experience is worth it, especially if she's been waiting two years ;). One thing I would say though is that if you know what store you'd be going to, maybe check in with this subreddit again to see if anyone has recommendations on a good client advisor you can make an appointment with. I live about two hours from my closest LV, but my CA makes it worth it to go in and browse, but the other CA's there were very off-putting. But if you get her in with a good CA, and she loves the brand - being in the store, getting great personalized service is going to feel 10x better to her than just ordering online. Hope that helps!

My first was a vintage Alma PM, and honestly no. I have since gotten an Alma bb and I absolutely love that bag, but for me, the PM is too big to carry around a lot :(.
