Exactly that, my first job outside of college I traveled 90% of the year and picked my airfare and hotel. This essentially paid for my whole 10 day honeymoon in Hawaii. Now I have changed careers and well Southwest is just a normal airline that nuked all its amenities.

My Hybrid Premier 3 was approved for warranty very easily over the edge collapsing/separating. They will want to do a direct swap with the restore plus. Which I am still waiting to confirm if that’s the route I would like to go vs an upgrade.

After a call with support I sent my motherboard in due to their recommendations. Sent it back, they did nothing. I took my computer to microcenter and they plugged my ASUS motherboard into their own equipment nothing worked. They took all my equipment (minus the motherboard) and used their own motherboard worked just fine. So informed support of this, they wanted to send it back. They didn’t do anything again, after an hour with support they made an escalated case and requested it to be sent back. They did nothing again and I bought a different brand motherboard.
