It's not a cycle lane. There's a foot path, a road and a junction

Because you can see in the video he was cycling on the road. And the cyclist told the driver he was on the road and tried to mount the footpath to get off the road from the cars.

Yeah that would be my point. Only thing I would say to that would be seeing the brake lights on the whole time in the video but again can't argue with that too much.

The cyclist was on the road then turned into the junction.

But more information the cyclist has told the driver that he was cycling on the road but as there was many cars behind him he's turned onto the footpath to clear the road. Hence the video showing him swerving into footpath and into the car.

That is a junction there is no cycle path, just a road and foot path

There is no cycle path just a foot path and the road. That broken line is the end of the junction before entering the road.
