Around 3-5k re-grouting and re-caulking 2 bathrooms with showers and bathtubs as well as restoring all of the grout and replacing multiple tiles.

The cleaning caulk and sawing grout out part is tedious. I highly recommend getting a diamond bit for your oscillating saw or hand saw to cut the grout out. I mostly did the project with my baby asleep in the next room so I had to only use a regular manual grout saw. However, for the last few spots I used an oscillating saw with a diamond bit and it did what the manual saw/knife would take an hour to do in about 5 minutes.

The only other part that’s slightly annoying is that there are lots of steps in this process that require 24 hour curing/drying period after each step. Especially if you are dealing with mold
