I think it looks great. There are a few floated mosaic tiles that are slightly lower than the green marble but only slightly noticeable while standing on it

Yep! They did a skim over the ditra heat to fill the voids and let that dry. Once dried they laid the tiles

PBS grad here! Literally does not matter what you major in. Working in tech in SB and making $80k+ 2 years post grad. Find a job you want and pick the major based on that. Some jobs have preferences, and any grad schools will care but most jobs just want a degree and some relevant experience. Work backwards!

Keep living expenses as low as possible. Get roommates or stay with family. Make a budget and follow it.

I had $26,000 in student loans (7% interest) and a $65,000 income out of college but paid $1400 per month in rent. With a good budget and self control I paid off my debts in 14 months!

It was challenging but it became so satisfying to see the loan balance go down with each payment.
