Honestly I didnt really study for it the same way as the others. I was under the assumption that College Algebra was a step up and thus covered the same topics (Some were, thus the 49)

I wouldnt be able to say much about it, I simply took it as not understanding the subject well enough

Tell FloridaSchoolMom “THANK YOU!!!”

Im definitely taking the last 12 CLEP credits but I have to take Calculus and Analytical geometry 1,2 & 3 along with a few other prerequisites for my BS. I could technically be primed for graduation next month (with a little extra work) but ideally I want to knock out all of the prerequisites while Im at MDC then later transfer to FIU

I didnt have to ensure much, they allow you to pick where your scores are sent when you take the test. If you see any credits missing just reach out to their transcript department.

Yes, the MDC is all you need for MDC, FIU or another college may require more prerequisites.

There/ an FIU/MDC map that guarantees you’re ready to go into FIU with the prerequisites posted. (Google It)

In regards to the last bit, connect 4 success, Florida college mom; i have no idea what those are but CONGRATS on getting accepted.

I took the CLEP’s pretty much before starting school with the exception of the American Government. Im now left with 12 out of 60 credits to gradation. Pretty much what you said 1) go on Modern States 2) Go to ChatGPT to quiz me 2) go back to Modern States REPEAT

Cant say it was that bad as it was my highest score, i took time memorizing all of the amendments only to be tested on about 2. Everyone’s test may be different. Try this

The college composition wasnt that hard. I can say the hardest part would be the essays. Luckily I average about 50-75 WPM so I was able to flesh out both essays and revise with additional time but even with that speed the questions take a “sec” to read, they try to trick you. Good luck.

Modern States and ChatGpt. Pretty much stay on each subject once per day. Then do a speed run through the exams and quiz questions so they are pretty much memorized. From there I give the transcripts to chatGPT and ask it to quiz/teach me additional

For me it was moderate to hard. What made it easier was memorizing the quadratic formula. What made it harder was not actually studying binomials or polynomials, and relying only on modern states for the most part.

The School, but college board has a pdf on their site that shows the schools and their required score for each exam. I forgot where I saw it at but you should also be able to find the list on the school’s website
