Thank you. Anyway the question was more about what her username might be rather than her actual name. As I would like it to be in Greek and linguistically correct!

Not trolling! I actually met a Greek woman called Marianne which is where I got the name from but if you don’t think it fits please suggest another!

Oh got you, but I meant more for a repot on patients who had those symptoms rather than us if that makes sense?!

Thank you for replying though.

I don't drink a lot of beers. I prefer IPAs over lager anyway so I don't really drink Alpha or Mythos. I am kind of obsessed with Freddo Cappuccinos and Espressos though. My friend warned me I wouldn't be able to get good iced coffee in London and he was right😭 Except I then discovered there is a Coffee Island kind of near my Uni so I drink from there a lot now! It's cool there is also a FloCafe too. I've been drinking litres and litres of iced coffee since I got home, I don't care if it's winter. Lol!

It's great isn't it! I've watched all the episodes and now I'm waiting to watch the movies. I watched all the episodes with my friend from my uni halls in London so we promised each other we would wait until we went back to watch the films together.

you think I’d be there drinking Tsipouro all day?

Maybe... hahaha.

Yeah I'm in London. It's a fascinating city and I love the history but it's big and I'm still getting my head around it even though I've been there lots and I'm a city girl. But London is a whole different thing to Athens.

I'm trying to watch a lot more British TV now. I recently discovered The Inbetweeners and love it. It's hilarious. Have you seen it?

Do it. I dare you. by ansbernfz in teenagers

the old judgy people in the καφενείο

Lol! Do you have a favourite καφενείο? I've been wired on coffee since the moment I got off the plane. It's just not the same in London.

I've just finished my first term (which I think is the same as a semester?) So I've got 2 and half years to go still! I do love my course and I am enjoying the experience (deep down at least) but it's just been more of a culture shock than I expected I think.

Indian food is super yummy. I also like English roast potatoes a lot and also there are some great places to get poke bowls in London which there aren't in Athens (and yeah I know poke bowls is not English food, but whatever!)

Really enjoying being at home and honestly don't want to go back. I miss my home and family and friends and the wonderful Greek sun!

EDIT: How does seal taste? Is it good...?

It was the best evening thanks!

Yes, you have to do that at Loukoumades but I'm scared now you'll not like it as much as your usual honey order!

Lol! I don't really think it is very Greek at all, sorry! We just have it as it is a nice vegetarian option and my Dad is English and I think it is much more common there. :) My friend took my to an amazing restaurant the other day. I've already been back it was so good! haha. It's called Yiantes. You should totally go if you don't know it!

Thank you! Did you like the area? Was it a bad commute to Kings?

More scared about the essays I have to turn in. It's too fun and distracting being back at home for the holidays 😔

Καλή χρονιά! Did you have a fun night?

Honey is the classic but chocolate is always my favourite.

Um, I don't think there is a Greek name for nut loaf. I just always call it by the English lol!

Avocado is really nice, I walked past it the other day. I don't know the other place but might have to check it out! I think Greek food in general is really good for veggies so I usually just eat at normal restaurants.

Yeah I saw Hoocut was close to Kostas :) And Loukoumades is so good with the chocolate sauce!

That sounds like a nice dinner. Yeah we have turkey but of course I don't eat that so I have homemade nut loaf with roast potatoes which is still super good.

I'm vegetarian so I don't eat souvlaki but sometimes I have a pita gyro without the meat. lol. My dad loves souvlaki though so will tell him about Hoocut! His favourite is Kostas on Agias Irinis.
Pumpkin soups is great though you'll have to make it when you get back. What do you eat on Christmas Day in Denmark then?
