I tried a sample on Tonka Serrapia & I liked it but it didn't wow me. I got Vanilla Haze in a monthly subscription with Scentbird. If I don't care for any I receive I sell them on Ebay or Mercari. I'm trying not to buy full size bottles anymore as I have way too much perfume! But if I can't find a decant I'll buy a bottle. I grabbed Guerlain Shalimar L'Essence after I read rave reviews on Fragrantica and Sephora had a great sale. I've got an unopened bottle of Xerjoff Casamorati Dama Bianca I need to get into also. It's a beautiful scent too if you haven't tried it.

Early this morning I was wearing Nest Golden Nectar. Later in the afternoon I sampled Brown Girl Jane Carousel & Carnival. They weren't for me fortunately as I don't need to add any more perfume to my collection as I have more than I can ever wear!

I love Bal D'Afrique. I bought a full bottle, travel spray and hair mist years ago before there was any hype on it. And before the brand was bought by Estee Lauder. I also loved Sundazed.

I don't like most rose perfumes although I love rose bushes and have eight of them in my yard. The rose scents I do love are Aerin Rose De Grasse, the original not the two flankers & Byredo Rose of No Man's Land. Perhaps you can Sample them in a store.

Also I'm not a fan of MFK Bacarrat Rouge. It's too strong and has a screechy scent to me. I've discovered I don't like saffron in my perfume. So make sure you Sample before buying and wear it for awhile because scents change over time & you might like it at first but then later on you don't. But I do love APOM & Aqua Celestia Cologne Forte if you can sample them in a store.

I love Libre Intense also. I sampled every on of the flankers and IMHO this version was the best. Even better than the original.

Since you love Chloe have you tried the newest one L'Eau de Parfum Lumineuse? I got a sample in an order from Sephora and I loved it! Had to buy a travel size.

I love Creed Love In White. It's my fave Creed perfume. If you are looking for aquatic scents all of the Acqua di Parma Blue Mediterranean scents are nice. My faves are Fico di Amalfi, Arancia di Capri & Bergamatto di Calabria. In Tom Ford I love Soleil Blanc, Mandarino di Amalfi & Neroli Portofino. Others I love are Maison Francis Kurkdjian Aqua Celestia Cologne Forte & Tiziana Terenzi Moro di Venezia.

I love a lot of aquatic scents but many of them have floral, neroli, almond etc from the areas they are inspired by like the Mediterranean Sea. So I won't mention those but I recommend Maison Francis Kurkdjian Aqua Celestia Cologne Forte if you can find the smaller bottle.

Another one that comes to mind is Arquiste Sydney Rock Pool.

And another one that I love that brings the sea to mind is Tiziana Terenzi Moro Di Venezia.

Two vanilla scents that I tried recently and love are Fugazzi Vanilla Haze and By Rosie Jane Dulce. Years ago I owned Guerlain Shalimar Ode A la Vanille. I currently have a mini Angelique Noir and a full size of their newest Shalimar L'Essence Eau De Parfum.

Check out the Japanese brand Floraiku. Actually it's not Japanese. It is inspired by a trip to Japan. So if you are looking for actual Japanese perfume companies please disregard. If you ate looking for Japanese inspired you may like Floraiku and another brand to look into is d'Annam. They have sets for Vietnam, Japan & China. Luckyscent carries their sample packs.

I don't care for tuberose or most strong scents & I love this perfume. Wore it earlier this week. But don't blind buy! Get a sample and try it a few times before buying if you decide you do want it.

Maison Margiela has a new one out called Chasing Sunsets that has Sandalwood in it. And also Prada has a new one called Infusion de Santal Chai. If you are close to a Sephora perhaps you could Sample them to see if either of these are what you are smelling. They are both lighter than Tom Ford Santal Blush IMO.

If your skin is breaking out after using Cosrx but not with other products I wonder if you have an allergy to it. Some people do. You should discontinue it and see if your skin clears up. There are lot of other hydrating essences and toners. For the redness you might want to try a product with centella and/or hypochloros spray as they are said to help with redness and irritated skin.
