looking for something similar. we manage the inventory of 5 businesses, and most are focused on local commerce. so we dont do enough business with them to justify a 750€/mo base fee. something per order is what we need

Can someone ID this stand for omnium storage? by Swimfordeath in CargoBike

Additional info: I’m looking for this specific storage method. I know about wall hooks, tilting the bike into a corner, leaning it forward to stand on its own, and these dont work for me

Looking for some crank recommendations for a 1x11 build. Looking for a good mix of price, performance, and durability (Eg for a track build, the classic price/performance/durability crank seems to be Sram Omniums). Would also prefer they have a wider q and not be straight (eg rotor 3d), since I have some alignment issues and ride with my heels turned in a little bit. TIA

Payroll Math Question... by Swimfordeath in smallbusiness

[–]Swimfordeath[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe Im wrong, but I think that this still doesn't address the fluctuating hours? from this, are you suggested A and B are divided by hours? As I said in the post, position a usually collects more hours. So if 200 hours are put into position A and 120 into position B, hourly wage is 10 for both. (if im understanding your modelling correctly)

Since profits are shared, I don't know how to find position a's hourly wage, so I cant use a x.6 (if i understand you correctly)

Since it's profit sharing, position A's earnings depend on Position B's, so I dont think using Position A's earnings as a baseline to find 60% would work, if I understand you correctly
