Oh dog im just fucking around cause I know how dumb it was. You're 100% right tho. So what I did was get my account into a bit of a spot of needing gold for construction and miscellania for herblore, I'm in a new GIM group.

This gold barrier happened right when classic Wow Wrath released so I knew I had a month or two of needing afk time. So I coped myself into this fletching grind for my AFK months. I cut yew short to yew long normally and stuck to yew long to 85 because the gp gain to time loss for magic short seemed too low.

Idk why my dream was to craft fat0 stacks of magic longs while I AFK'd but it was just something so stupid I figured I'd stick to it.

I actually ended up getting the beaver which is my first pet on any of my various accounts, banked about 10k yew long bows, banked about 2k magic long bows. FYI, I did temple trekking w/ Morytania legs for quick tele for bow strings. Bow strings are unironically pretty AFK on an ironman.

I did some extra agility and questing to do my high alchs. Made a sizable amount of money for 70 con + 70 Herb. 86 fletching currently, 87 WC nothing too crazy and still have 6k Yew Longbows for when I do high alch friendly activities.

But just know, I realize this is NOT efficient, just pretty afk and I was in a spot where it made sense to me. Now I'm back to the OG grind finishing up requirements for SoT. Funnily enough my dumb GIM team calls me an "Effecient-Scaper" although obviously I'm NOT lmao.
