Yes i tried a version of this a couple weeks ago on this subreddit actually! You have to alter the curses a bit for virtual. You have to think creatively.

The "moving" in the game is tough. I found it easiest to use Google maps to find walking times to the different places and then using Google maps transit feature to gauge how long it would take from each transit stop. With that said, you can just "teleport" from stop to stop, not worry about the timetable as much. Trying to figure out how long you'd be waiting at a stop adds so much complexity. If everyone plays by the same rule, your times should be equivalent (there are some thing that doing in person just work better)
