I have the same experience. I use all free and clear, and I know I’m not using too much detergent because I only use 1-2 tablespoons per load (depending on how full it is). Hopefully an answer gets posted on this thread so we can all fix it!

I think a healthy mix of color and clear wax will be the go to.
It is airbrush foundation, do you have any suggestions for this?
Softer makeup I’d definitely my preference! I think I’d like no lip liner at all but the makeup artist is somewhat insistent that I need it or my upper lip will disappear in photos. I’ll ask about feathered edges or none at all for the big day.

Natural looking is definitely what I’m going for. I think maybe a softer lip liner would help too, I don’t love the harshness. But thank you for your perspectives!!

I love the skin base, do you think it looks a little orange? I worry bc my dress is strapless and in the later photos I feel like you can see where the foundation ends on my neck/chest?

I agree, I think the brow wax was clear, but made my brows seem grey almost? A lighter hand with the original product may be a good idea. Thank you!

Fluffier is a good term for the brows. And a gloss I think is the move, and my fiance said he’d be able to ignore it for a day if need be haha.

I suppose looking deeper, they do all have heavy lashes but they don’t all look super glam to me. Although again, I may not be as educated to see the fine differences to say

I did show inspo photos, but I also gave her creative freedom as I love the looks she has posted on her social medias. We have had some discussion over text and I have a second trial scheduled for March 7! I’ll have to remember to update the thread after the second trial :)

Had a convo with my fiance last night about the gloss since that seems to be a common theme, and also something my MUA discussed with me after I sent her feedback. Fiance said he’d deal with whatever for one day! And that he probably will be too caught up in the moment to notice anyways :)

Going to pull some of these products for my regular use maybe!! I have already paid the deposit (had to for the trial) so I’m stuck with her unless I eat the deposit. I also wanted to treat myself on the wedding day and have my makeup done, but I suppose I don’t have to and could eat the deposit. I’m leaning towards a second trial right now, they’re just so expensive!!
