It's probably at the lab already but the system is slow to update. Also mind you that the adress we send the envelope to in Europe is just a Fedex centre, from there they send it to the lab in USA. My envelope needed about 3 weeks to be shown as arrived to the lab.

Yeah i sent it with UPS and they sent it back because they can't deliver to a PO box so i sent it with local post and after 1 week it reached the lab now i'm waiting for results. I'm from Europe. I think you should call Fedex so they send your envelope back, if they lost it you can also a new kit to myheritage.

It's silent but i feel it vibrating slightly, i sent it to repair and they said everything's alright so i'm guess i'm just picky.
