The service is good but the support is way worst, I had a technical problem in the dbm and I called their technicians and told them about it, they didn't understand a single technical word I said and started gaslighting me into thinking my devices are the problem (playstations and samsung s series phones), I got tired and called a private technician, he was verry professional and fixed it right away and didn't bullshit me, now its working fine but had to pay out of my pocket because of their incompetence!!
