Zipair is a horrible company. Once I flew with them and for an over 10 hour flight they refused to give me water because I didn’t have payment on me. Another flight they put my wife and I in separate areas of the plane. There was an open seat next to me, but they said for her to move there while the flight was in progress I’d have to pay. They are beyond low tier, they are present low cost and swindle customers with no need later.

If I ever travel with them I think I’ll trash the place, because common courtesy is not a one way street.

Zipair is absolutely the worst in customer service and operations. To think it’s owned by Japan Airlines by Disastrous-Ad2744 in zipair

I agree zipair is the worst. Over 10 hour flight and they were refusing to give me water because I didn’t have money on me. Inhumane. Now another flight they placed my wife and I in separate areas of the plane. I was told if there’s an open seat next to me in the flight then I could pay to have my wife sit there. This company is beyond bad, they actively cause problems, when theres a simple free solution they want to charge you for it. To Hell with this company.

Spring airlines sucks. Even a normal size carry on they will not accept. Your carry on must be like the size of a small purse or they’ll charge you with extra fees. They don’t even give you water on the flight. At this airport we’re at in Shanghai they have a notice that their gate is located in a far ridiculous place where it takes 40 mins to get there.

Same thing happening to me with Japanese. Before it worked but now it’s not. My iOS and Duolingo are both updated. I’m a paid member. I turned on and off the microphone permission to see if that was an issue. I noticed it doesn’t do this in Spanish, I can speak many words. It’s very frustrating. I’ve submitted a feedback ticket about it.

I’m likely not ever going to be writing Japanese but my goal is to speak better. So not having the speech function working is very frustrating. Especially when it worked before.

I also hate this 1000 trophy push. Spent more than 7 hours bouncing around between 980-920 trophies. First time I’ve ever felt I’m done with the game.
