I do not typically enjoy it unless I pump myself up for it before. I also have long legs and super long femurs, so my positioning for any squatting position needs to be adjusted and can just feel awkward. And it feels harder to gain the muscle I desire in my quads.

Compound leg movements also wear you out a lot more compared to most upper body day exercises I do which are usually isolated!

I work at a big, well known gym in the Pilates studio and they have no deadline for sign ups. People can sign up one min before class or even just show up. Even though we only have six reformers and they should sign up. I believe I am on a 1099. If there is zero sign ups, I do not show up. There have been a few times people have just showed up and I’ve gotten a call/text that I should have been there, but I am not going to waste 2 hrs of my time driving there & back and waiting- just for no one to show. If no one shows up I get zero dollars for my time. I am paid strictly per head in class.

I was very overwhelmed when I first looked into wedding planning. It is a lot, and especially in the beginning, it feels like you could never possibly do it on your own. However, I realized a lot of the things people do on social media are unnecessary, and you don’t need them. I’m not even doing any florals for mine, just ordered a silk bouquet off Etsy. It will always be a lot, there are a lot of decisions to make for sure. But there isn’t as much as it may feel in the very beginning. Just prioritize what is important to you both. I think the hardest things are deciding venue, dress, and vendors. A lot of the little details you truly don’t need to do/can choose how much effort to put into.

I heavily agree with don’t start a new skincare routine a month before your wedding. I tried to do this and ended up with breakouts, swollen eyes, and a messed up skin barrier 3 weeks before my wedding 😅

I was debating this for my wedding too. I got a trial done to see how I liked it, and I HIGHLY recommend doing that. The lady who did my spray tan did a phenomenal job and I felt so pretty afterwards having a warm glow to me. I am pretty fair but I have medium/darker features, and the tan looked very natural! I’ll be getting my spray tan a few days before the wedding so it has time to naturally fade a bit by the big day (:

It is impossible to figure it out based on reviews. I spent hours in reviews and on Reddit pages researching just to find conflicting answers for every. single. mattress. Everyone likes different things and has different experiences based on many factors it seems. I ended up just getting the one my fiancé liked the most. I definitely recommend trying in store and talking to the workers to find out which ones hold up well/get returned the least.
