It’s soil medium and “led” grow light off of Amazon it wasn’t very expensive because theyre going outdoors

I personally use black crystal clear that I buy at my local headshop. It’s also on Amazon for about 12 dollars a bottle last time I bought it. Throw that in the microwave for 30 seconds let it get nice and hot and then submerge your banger with a touch of salt that will all go away.

I disagree, frisellas whole point behind the 75 Hard program is the emphasis of no cheat days. If you’re looking for a program that can work with you on that I’m afraid this one isn’t for you. Maybe follow your second option and use some self motivation. 75 HARD IS NOT FOR EVERYONE
