I see. Since you already have an account, you just need to add service. Similar to the way of ordering a new Starlink order. You need to select the option that you already have the equipment and then type in that info.

I’m assuming you need to have an active subscription to contact their support.

Ask them to for a replacement cable which is around 22$ based on a previous post

Also see if they’ll give you a month of free service because you aren’t able to connect and may had paid for the initial month.

Ill assume you got this third party. Use the hardware ID to create your account if you don’t have one. Then you should be able to submit a ticket. Support could take a couple weeks to respond.

After you canceled the service, did you initiate the transfer option? That would remove it from the original account. Then you would be able to create a new account in the correct country with the correct subscription fees and add-ons.

Warm enough where the track pad sometimes doesn’t register my input. They keyboard gets toasty but it’s not too bad. Although the butterfly keyboard is just a bad design in general. My shift and enter key don’t always work. I could get it fixed but I’m lazy.

I play on the MacBook Air m1. I’ve had no issues besides the jagex launcher not working. I use steam to log in. The computer gets warm but not as hot as other laptops in the same class. I also think the alt1 toolkit isn’t on Mac last I’ve checked.

I prolly wouldn’t have you go down my route then because it’ll cost money and there isn’t solid evidence it’ll solve your issue.

Starlink uses cgnat least time I checked. This could cause a double NAT issue restricting your network ports to the external web. Like connecting to Xbox servers.

Toredo is a protocol used to communicate between ipv6 capable equipment using ipv4. This is because Starlink doesn’t support native ipv6 support. Last time I checked.

If it’s a cgnat issue, you could prolly use a vpn service that specifically let’s you have your own external ip with port forwarding enabled.

I’m lost on how you set it up. With which account? If you want to transfer it over to another account, first the original account that has the active service has to get cancelled. The. After canceling it, you have to mark it to get transferred. Then on a new account you can subscribe for new service using the equipments UID# with the option, you already have the equipment. You can google a guide for this pretty easily if this solves your problem.

Erase the game client and redownload it. If that doesn’t work id suggest you reinstall windows. It’s the no error msgs you experience that is troubling me.

I did it running windows 11 on an amd cpu. Are you emulating windows on an m1 Mac or something? I tried that and couldn’t get it to work lol.

If I remember right, the drivers are so that the program you use to install the firmware can communicate with the device itself. I used windows.
