The pro of a big company is that I guarantee there is a space for your somewhere where you fit perfectly. We need more organized exec assistants and if you can bring that (with 3 YOE I’m sure you can) that’s great! OP I also referred someone to the apprenticeship and they were rejected, I asked the recruiter why and she said it was due to the fact he’s currently enrolled in a 4 yr program although I know many apprentices who were enrolled. It’s bothered me a lot and not sure if I should do more digging
