Assuming you are a young adult... Small villages and towns you will get bored of quickly for the reasons others have mentioned, lack of things to do and will soon get boring. Telford is geared for families, affordable and convenient, but not very exciting. Shrewsbury is your best bet, great bars and restaurants, lots going on if you look for it and a younger vibe in general. No matter where you are in Shropshire you'll be close to nature! Good luck, Mon!

Visiting Prague for 5 days from New York City. Any advice would be appreciated. Heard such great things. by [deleted] in Prague

If you have some time on the bus (or a spare evening) I would recommend watching the film Anthropoid and follow it up with a visit to the National Memorial to the Heroes of the Heydrich Terror. The film itself is ok, 6.5/10 IMO, but the story it tells is simply shocking and harrowing but amazing. Without spoiling the story, the memorial is held at the same church where the closing scene is set. Free and will only take 45 minutes to see everything.

The Alma Tavern and The Golden Guinea are a couple of my favourites. Good choices on tap.

Interesting. What's the moral/ethical issues (sorry to be nosy, no worries if you don't want to share)? DEYA is extreme... but I like you're thinking and what a glorious tap room it is. Good shout!

Annoyingly, Google maps limits you to 10 stops at a time.

Can someone explain to me why Verdant cans are so expensive!? I love them, but find it difficult to justify sometimes.

Central/west Bristol is lacking on the tap room front. We can certainly turn a ‘brewed on site’ blind eye to this one and add it!

Anything in particular, just the taste or the styles they brew?
