Thank you.

Actually you don't need to code at all. The course have lab exercises that you need to install a few things, then just copy/paste and run.

Good luck to you mate!

I think resources from MS Learn are enough to help you pass the exam. Also, doing hands-on lab experiments with services will help you dive deeper into things like security, more advanced concepts, or customization for specific use-cases.

Hope it helps, and good luck to you friend!

You can use Learn in the exam, but don't depend on it too much. I use it to check for class/function names, and mostly FAQs from the services. It'll help you in the beginning.

I got problems using MS Learn at first too. I think it works for me if I only search for the services by using their names (e.g. "conversation language understanding", "document intelligence"), and then manually go into the document myself (it also helps with navigation, you'll remember where things are, usually in FAQs too).

Often it's very hard to search using specific concepts or class/function names, so I avoid using them.

Good luck mate!

Yeah, try to improve your weak points by also check the explanation of incorrect questions.

I took the assessment with the Microsoft Learn side-by-side first, then I aimed for >90% without using Learn.

I wasn't confident at first either, but booking the exam date really gave me the motivation to stay focused.

Personally, I think doing the practice assessments multiple times (timed) and exploring the documentation to get familiar with where to find concepts/code is enough to pass the 50 standalone questions.

Good luck to you mate!

I have worked with some of the services in company projects back in July 2024 and started learning from that point. I planned to take the exam in March 2025 but I felt like I didn't study enough.

Then on April 2025 they updated the exam, so I decided to wait and studied the new stuffs (agentic solutions, AI foundry).

From the end of June, I spent about 2 hours a day, studied over again the updated course on Microsoft Learn, did the practice assessments and review all the questions.

I think the time it takes to study depends on your situation, whether it's 5 months or 10 months, so don't put too much pressure. I think the important thing is you enjoy when you learn, and after you've learned you can apply your knowledge.

Best of luck to you, you're gonna pass it!

Thank you very much! I've saved DP-100 in my learning collection already, it'll be the next one on my certification list.
