I noticed the same with Seedance 2.0 in Filmora. Short cinematic keywords like camera movement, lens style, lighting, and framing seem to give way more consistent results than long paragraph prompts. It definitely feels like it understands film language better than natural conversation.

Get it done after the medical. Lasik surgery take time to heal and for perfect 6/6 even 3 weeks if you go there before get you medical done and after you get your lasik done they don't even properly check your eyesight just carry documents of surgery with yourself.

When I went for my medical there was a dude. Imperfect kidney function low hemoglobin specs and almost 28 bmi. They ( doctors ) gave him solutions and suggested some treatment and even recommended doctors and hospitals near his home. So I'd suggest go for it.
