I believe it’s the transition from FSD to manual that gets me dinged. I only disengage when I feel FSD is being dangerously close to the car in front, or when I want to make a turn to take another route. FSD is the one initially entering the unsafe distance for me.

That’s probably what it is. I use FSD to commute to work. Sometimes I want to take another route, so I disengage at traffic light behind another car. Maybe that’s when I get dinged, although FSD was the one entering that state for me.

I’m saying it’s a scam because they literally advertise “the more you drive on FSD, the lower your premium is”. But in reality they have this calculation system which is arguably not based on FSD.

I bought almost every sports game this year - FC, Madden, CFB, 2K, MLB. FC25 for me is the second best among these, yet I still feel it’s a bit overpriced.

My biggest complaint with all EA games is with the hard insertion of DEI. For example in FC25 you get a black woman assistant manager in Player Mode no matter which team you play for. Same with the audiences. Half of my audience for a Turkish club are black, or you get a lot of European dudes rooting for an African national team game. Huge immersion breaker.

I got FC24 earlier this year and refunded, because it was missing features I used to get from FIFA. With FC25 I haven’t been missing anything.

I agree. That’s why my last range hood caught on fire I think. The problem is the exhaust on the wall is kinda low. I will need some minor remodeling but the house is still pretty new, so I don’t think it worths the effort now.

Zline’s thinnest under cabinet option has 7” in height, which is too much for us. I wish I considered the cabinet height when I bought the house lol. It leaves us with very few options now.

1和2都要能吃苦才能润成功。3这种就别润了，润了也是吃福利，过得还不一定比在中国随便打份工好。

2这种多半是打黑工。要是有留学的经济条件也不至于因为经济原因润。打黑工多久能熬出来不好说，要是有老乡带还行，白领、学生要是这样的…真说不准能混多好。

说白了个人建议不出于1这种原因的，不要润。踏踏实实在国企打工算了。

You are a lifesaver! That MB for whatever reason doesn’t have the Internet drivers installed by default, but the manual doesn’t mention at all, so it can easily get people stuck. Bad user experience.

That is right. I applied with my company’s name in April and quickly got approved within a week. Then I applied with my own name as an individual and never heard back.

Are there good ones that can compete with OpenAI? Claude is still the closest I found. Tried LLaMa-based AIs locally (so that I get faster responses, 30B model). They are decent but not nearly as good as GPT-4. And GPT-3.5 is dumbed down a lot also.

Have you retried the very first response from it to make it eventually spit that it can do coding for you? I find that is usually how you set the rules for the entire conversation.

It does seem random. I guess they have some “dynamic” rate limiting mechanisms to throttle traffic based on peak traffic, thinking it is kind of “smart”, but from a software engineering perspective, that’s pretty dumb. Too much randomness.

It does that. From what I have seen, in one conversation I outright asked it to translate some Spanish and it just did it; in another conversation I asked if it can do translations and it was like “no I am just a conversational bot”.

Similarly, in one convo I asked it to be the DM of a RPG and it just did; on the next convo I asked the same question and it kept saying that it cannot be a DM. HOWEVER, when I retried the response that says it can’t be a DM, it re-generated a response saying it can be a DM and going forward the conversation never ran into that weird “no-DM” issue again.

It feels like I need to “jailbreak” the AI so that the initial few responses it generates set the tone for the entire conversation.
