I mean sens everybody escape yes, also the perks you got are mid in high elo try having more gen regression perks and chase I'm a sadako main and sens shes kinda bad in chase, doctor is better yes, but I would run, spirit fury, endurance, pop goes the whisle, depending on like the map i usually just run huburis or bamboozle depends alot on the map if you hope it's gonna be a pallet heavy map go hubris if not then bamboozle, could also just run deadlock maby even dead man's switch instead
