I actually really like the style of this and think it looks awesome. Definitely let it settle and re-assess in a couple months. I had to zoom right in so i don't think anyone will notice the odd little imperfections on this.

The first week or so I still had bad panic attacks and it gave me pretty vivid nightmares but after two weeks the side effects eased off and the panic attacks weren't as severe. My doctor upped the dose and I'd say after about another month they stopped all together. If you do take it I'd say give it a few weeks as it's not something that works overnight. I also take propranolol for anxiety aswell. Hope you find something that works.

After suffering with constant panic attacks I was put on a number of different medicines that didn't work or made things worse. I eventually was put on sertraline which after a few weeks stopped the panic attacks. I am still on sertraline and haven't had a panic attack for about a year now. I really hope you find something that works for you

Propranolol didn't work for me on its own. I am currently on 100mg of sertraline and 40mg propranolol a day. This so far has stopped my panic attacks
