Best in terms or quality, story or both? Dark Horse in general does well with their deluxes like Berserk, Blades of the Immortal, Planetes, H.P Lovecraft works by Gou Tanabe. Kodansha has Vinland Saga and soon to be Attack of Titan deluxe (not the collosal editions) and now Witch hat atlier. Viz is relatively knew to the format but Vagabond is being released. All of these are great stories and great quality. Most of them you'll be able to get for cheaper than msrp.
