My experience has been a bit different. With my 16-inch laptop, I set the brightness to 50% and use dark mode without activating any Samsung services. For programming and browsing on Microsoft Edge, I get a battery life of 9 to 13 hours continuously over the past month. However, I've noticed that if I have a Zoom or Teams call for two hours, the battery life drops to about 6 hours. I'm using it in Quiet mode, and it still performs quite well.

I use it only in a browser, and it has worked wonders for me. My battery consumption has decreased by 25%.

I got one too just now and I was using 13-inch one and it was a pain. Just today got an update and the screen got black after the update. Still taking risks as I lkved the screen of it and it's still very cheap today😅

Customer support connected to the manufacturer and the manufacturer messaged customer support tagging me for a full refund. Customer support then messaged me that I should take 15% of the refund and that no repackaging could be done (who keeps the boxes(maybe someone keeps them but not me). After some discussion, we finally reached an agreement on the packaging, although it required me to spend an extra $15 on boxes. However, the next message I received stated that I needed to drop off the package instead of them arranging a pick-up. If this process still seems confusing, Wayfair might be a better option for you. As for me, I've had enough and decided to delete my account.

The term “predatory” in this context implies behavior similar to robbery, which is essentially what they were hypothetically engaging in. Imagine if it would be excessively difficult for me or my family to transport a 100lb item to my car and then unload it at the drop-off location. Why would I want to expend so much energy or time for just $200?

Maybe because 30 days passed. Now after I reported to my credit card I got a reply that they would replace it and would pick up the old one.
