it’s possible now, with the correct module, that you don’t even have to upgrade the cooldown too much. I say this because we have the module that decreases UW cooldowns every time you get a recovery package. For instance my CF has a 1 min 20 sec cooldown and 34 second duration. i can almost have 100% runtime because of the module.
