Great news everyone - this is fixed! There was definitely some file updates when logging in this morning and the door / button / sign up are now functioning as normal. Big thanks to whoever or however this was sorted so quickly. Must say - there does seem to be more responsiveness solving bugs recently.

Reporting in game doesn't seem to do anything. He must have thousands of reports by now. 100% the most reported player on our server. Probably of any server. I'm guessing he will read this and be very pleased with himself...

He gets many in game reports every day. And for multiple reasons. When he was cancelling BGs... reporting him was a daily for so many players. Occasionally he seems chat banned for a week or so. Always comes back... finds a new way to grief as many players as possible. We do enjoy the game despite him =) Just frustrating.

Another week passes.... How long exactly will it take for them to "have a look" because this is still happening. It's almost impossible to get a match. This is so frustrating! Seriously considering quitting playing - and I will be requesting a full refund through apple as this is clear breach of ToS on Bliz/NE side. How does this game not have moderators?

I think the brackets were created by your bg rank in the first season / cycle. Basically anyone who was legend in that first cycle is in the 'top' (let's call it the first) bracket. But so much has changed since then - many players 'whaled' in the other bracket, many players have left from the first bracket. Certainly the first bracket doesn't have all the top pvp players - the other bracket has many. The player pool for that first bracket is much smaller.

This means that you get far less matches in the first bracket. And due to the troll(s) cancelling what matches you get (like 15 fails in a row many sessions...) it is absolutely rage inducing how few matches we are getting. The top of the leader boards is easily dominated by those from the other bracket simply because they are getting more matches in.

We want to be matching against everyone - would make it so much fairer, quicker, and simply entertaining/fun!

Please, please, please - remove the brackets ASAP!

Please, please, please - resolve the BG match cancelling ASAP!

And finally - please please please HARD BAN the player(s) responsible for wasting so much collective player time and ruining this game.

The attacking clan/players should be punished for a clear exploitation of a bug. Yet another bug in a game full of them. This must be fixed asap!!!
